7. Limitation of Liability

8. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for any outstanding fees due up until the termination date.
• Careinfo IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if you breach any of the terms outlined in this agreement.

9. Force Majeure

Careinfo IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will not be held responsible for any delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, war, terrorism, strikes, or internet outages.
