Logistics software built for how Nepal actually ships

Our Logistics Management System runs the daily operations of courier, cargo and freight companies across Nepal — from the moment a consignment is booked at a branch counter to the moment it is signed for at the door, including the cash collected along the way.

What the system covers

The parts of a logistics operation that break first when volume grows: knowing where a consignment is, who is carrying it, and whether the cash came back with it.

Consignment booking and manifesting

Book consignments at the counter or from a branch, generate airway bills and barcodes, and group shipments into manifests for each route or vehicle before they leave the hub.

Real-time shipment tracking

Every scan updates the consignment's status, so branch staff and customers can see where a parcel is without a phone call to the hub. Status history is retained per consignment rather than overwritten.

Branch and route management

Operate multiple branches under one system, assign consignments to routes and riders, and see what is loaded, in transit and pending delivery at each location.

Cash on delivery reconciliation

COD is the default in much of Nepal. Amounts collected are recorded against the consignment and the rider, so what was collected in the field can be reconciled against what reaches the account.

Proof of delivery and delivery logs

Capture delivery confirmation at the doorstep and keep a full log per consignment, which is what settles disputes about whether and when something was delivered.

Reporting for operations and billing

Volume by branch, route and period, pending and returned consignments, and the delivery data that invoicing and client statements are built from.

Why logistics companies in Nepal use it

Generic international logistics platforms assume prepaid shipping, postal-code addressing and card payment. None of those hold across much of Nepal. Addresses are described by landmark rather than postcode, a large share of parcels are cash on delivery, and branch networks reach into districts where the nearest hub is hours away.

We build and maintain this system ourselves, from Kathmandu, for companies operating under those conditions. When something needs to change — a new branch, a different consignment status, a report a client of yours is asking for — it is a change to software we own rather than a feature request to a vendor in another timezone.

It runs today at courier and cargo operators including UB Cargo and TMC Express, alongside the wider group of logistics businesses we work with.

Common questions

Who is this logistics software built for?

Courier, cargo, freight forwarding and express delivery companies operating in Nepal — typically businesses running multiple branches, riders and routes that have outgrown spreadsheets and paper manifests.

Is it built specifically for Nepal?

Yes. It is built around how logistics companies here actually operate: cash on delivery as a normal payment method, branch networks spread across districts, and the consignment and manifest paperwork Nepali operators work with day to day.

Can it be customised to how we already work?

We build and maintain the system ourselves, so branch structure, routing rules, consignment statuses, document formats and reports can be shaped to your operation rather than the other way round.

Can it connect to our website or customer app?

Yes. Tracking and booking can be exposed through your own website or a customer-facing app, so customers check consignment status on your domain instead of calling your branches.

How do we get started?

Get in touch with an outline of your branch structure, monthly consignment volume and how you handle COD today, and we will walk through how the system would map onto it.
